- an electrode having a distal end configured for percutaneous emplacement and a proximal end opposite thereto;
a circuit board mounted on and in electrical communication with said electrode proximal end;
a controller mounted on said circuit board; and
a mechanism on said circuit board configured to rotate said electrode proximal end relative to said circuit board;
wherein said controller is configured to cause said electrode to exhibit electronic or magnetic stimuli according to one or more parameters.
