1. An organic thin film transistor (OTFT) device having an organic semiconductor channel, the OTFT device comprising:

  • a substrate and an organic semiconductor channel on the substrate, wherein the organic semiconductor channel comprises an organic semiconductor crystallized within a mediating polymer, wherein the organic semiconductor comprises a diketopyrrolopyrrole-based polymer and the mediating polymer is selected from polyacrylonitrile, polystyrene, poly(methyl methacrylate), poly(methyl methacrylate-alt-styrene), polyvinyl chloride, or a mixture thereof wherein a percentage ratio by weight of organic semiconductor;

    mediating polymer ranges from 5;

    95 to 95;

    5;

    wherein the OTFT device has a field effect mobility of greater than or equal to 2 cm2V
