1. An apparatus for delivery of a device into a hollow organ comprising:
- (a) an elongated tube having proximal and distal openings and being configured for carrying the device on a distal portion thereof; and
(b) a tubular net structure for covering said distal portion of said elongated tube, said tubular net structure being at least partially covered by, and separate from, an elastic constraining tube, said tubular net structure and said elastic constraining tube being retrievable into said elongated tube through said distal opening such that when the device is mounted on said distal portion and covered by said tubular net structure and said tubular net structure is partially covered and constrained by said elastic constraining tube, retrieval of said tubular net structure and said elastic constraining tube into said elongated tube uncovers the device for delivery into the hollow organ, wherein said tubular net structure is configured for reducing friction between said elastic constraining tube and the device thereby facilitating uncovering of the device.

The system includes a sleeve configured for spanning the anastomosis site at an internal surface of the hollow organ and a band configured for attachment to an external surface of the hollow organ and limiting migration of the sleeve beyond the anastomosis site.

1. An apparatus for delivery of a device into a hollow organ comprising:

(a) an elongated tube having proximal and distal openings and being configured for carrying the device on a distal portion thereof; and (b) a tubular net structure for covering said distal portion of said elongated tube, said tubular net structure being at least partially covered by, and separate from, an elastic constraining tube, said tubular net structure and said elastic constraining tube being retrievable into said elongated tube through said distal opening such that when the device is mounted on said distal portion and covered by said tubular net structure and said tubular net structure is partially covered and constrained by said elastic constraining tube, retrieval of said tubular net structure and said elastic constraining tube into said elongated tube uncovers the device for delivery into the hollow organ, wherein said tubular net structure is configured for reducing friction between said elastic constraining tube and the device thereby facilitating uncovering of the device. - View Dependent Claims (2, 3, 4, 5)

6. A method of delivering a device into a hollow organ comprising:

(a) delivering into the hollow organ an elongated tube having proximal and distal openings, said elongated tube having the device mounted on a distal portion thereof and being covered by a tubular net structure, said tubular net structure being at least partially covered by, and separate from, an elastic constraining tube and being for reducing friction between said elastic constraining tube and the device thereby facilitating uncovering of the device; (b) retrieving said tubular net structure and said elastic constraining tube into said elongated tube through said distal opening thereby uncovering said device; and (c) pulling said elongated tube in a proximal direction to thereby deliver the device to the hollow organ. - View Dependent Claims (7, 8, 9, 10, 11)
