1. A heart valve system, the system comprising:

  • a radially self-expandable tubular body having an inflow end and an outflow end,the outflow end including a proximal section and a plurality of beams, the plurality of beams being disposed distally of the proximal section in an outflow direction, andthe tubular body including struts with peaks and valleys at the inflow end of the tubular body such that the proximal section of the outflow end is disposed distally of the peaks and valleys in the outflow direction; and

    a valve coupled to the tubular body, the valve including a plurality of valve leaflets,wherein (i) movement of the proximal section of the outflow end of the tubular body radially inward causes the inflow end of the tubular body to flare radially outward, and/or (ii) movement of the peaks of the tubular body radially inward causes the valleys of the tubular body to flare radially outward.
