1. A display device, comprising:
- a first substrate, wherein the first substrate comprises;
a scan line extending along a first direction;
a thin-film transistor, comprising a source electrode, a drain electrode and a channel region disposed between the source electrode and the drain electrode;
a data line intersecting with the scan line and extending along a second direction, wherein the source electrode is a portion of the data line, and the thin-film transistor is coupled to the data line and the scan line; and
a touch signal line is disposed above the data line, wherein the touch signal line does not overlap with the channel region;
wherein a shortest distance along the first direction between the touch signal line and the channel region ranges from about 1.5 μ
m to 5.5 μ
m;
a second substrate; and
a display medium disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
