1. A method for determining whether one or more images of a person seeking entry through a door satisfy a user credential, comprising:

  • receiving, by an access control device, the one or more images of the person seeking entry through the door secured by an electronic access device as captured by a camera associated with the door;

    determining, by the access control device, whether the one or more images of the person seeking entry through the door secured by the electronic access device satisfy the user credential that authorizes the person to unlock the electronic access device;

    transmitting a first signal from the access control device via a computer network to a radio frequency bridge device to wake up the electronic access device from a sleep mode when the access control device verifies that the one or more images of the person seeking entry through the door secured by the electronic access device satisfy the user credential that authorizes the person to unlock the electronic access device, wherein the first signal includes an unlock command for the electronic access device to unlock a lock mechanism of the electronic access device;

    in response to receiving the first signal, transmitting a wake up signal from the radio frequency bridge device to the electronic access device via a radio frequency network to wake up the electronic access device from the sleep mode when the access control device verifies that the one or more images of the person seeking entry through the door secured by the electronic access device satisfy the user credential; and

    transmitting in association with the wake up signal to wake up the electronic access device from the sleep mode the unlock command to unlock the lock mechanism of the electronic access device when the one or more images of the person satisfy the user credential; and

    unlocking the lock mechanism of the electronic access device in response to the wake up signal received from the radio frequency bridge device.
