1. A device for dilating a sinus cavity lumen, comprising:
- a handle having a proximal end and a distal end;
a guide tube, having a proximal end and a distal end, and extending longitudinally from the distal end of the handle in a distal direction, the distal end terminating in a distal tip, a distal portion of the guide tube being malleable;
a sleeve member annularly positioned over the guide tube, wherein the sleeve member is movable relative to the guide tube between a retracted position and an extended position and is capable of being advanced over the guide tube and past the distal tip in the extended position, the sleeve member comprising a distal end portion having a diameter smaller than a proximal sleeve portion, and wherein the guide tube is contained inside sleeve member in the retracted and extended positions;
a balloon secured to the sleeve member, wherein the balloon is moveable relative to the guide tube and extendable and inflatable beyond the distal tip of the guide tube; and
an elongate member extending from a distal end of the sleeve member.
