1. A motor control device including a first drive device to drive a first motor, and a second drive device to drive a second motor, the motor control device comprising:
- a correction-amount calculator to use a detection result of a position of the first motor, and a detection result of a position of the second motor to calculate a correction amount for correcting a command that is to be used for controlling the first motor;
a corrector to use the correction amount to correct the command that is to be used for controlling the first motor; and
a position controller to execute position control on the second motor by using the detection result of the position of the first motor as a position command.
