1. A method comprising:

  • detecting, by one or more processors, a set of weather conditions for a region, wherein the set of weather conditions includes at least temperature;

    predicting, by the one or more processors, whether the temperature will influence bodily functions of at least one organism of a plurality of organisms in the region, wherein the bodily functions are influenced by a temperature range of the at least one organism of the plurality of organisms in the region;

    dispatching, by the one or more processor, one or more autonomous devices in response to predicting that the temperature will influence the bodily functions of the at least one organism of the plurality of organisms in the region;

    receiving, by the one or more processor, information regarding a first location of the at least one organism of the plurality of organisms in the region; and

    recommending, by the one or more processor, the one or more autonomous devices to perform at least one localized environment altering action to a first organism of the plurality of organisms in the region using at least one temperature altering element.
