14. A method for treating a subject suffering from a proliferative disease positive for a kinase domain mutant C-KIT comprising:
administering to the subject in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of Crenolanib or a salt thereof, wherein the cell proliferative disease is characterized by mutant C-KIT receptor tyrosine kinase activity, and wherein the proliferative disease is selected from at least one of a mastocytosis, acute myeloid leukemia, gastrointestinal stromal tumors, sinonasal NK/T-cell lymphoma, seminomas, dysgerminomas, melanomas, and thymic carcinomas. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24)
