1. A conductive sheet comprising:

  • a first electrode disposed under an insulating layer; and

a second electrode disposed above the insulating layer, the first electrode and the second electrode being opposed to each other through the insulating layer, wherein the first electrode has a first mesh with a plurality of linked first cells in a diamond shape formed by making metal wires intersecting each other, a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction and being arranged in parallel to a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, the second electrode has a second mesh with a plurality of linked second cells in a diamond shape formed by making metal wires intersecting each other, a plurality of second electrodes extending in the second direction and being arranged in parallel to the first direction, when the average cell pitch of the first cells is Pd and the average cell pitch of the second cells is Ps, Ps/Pd is an integer equal to or greater than 2 and equal to or less than 8,the first electrode has in-opening cells that the first cells are provided in the openings of the second cells in plan view, density of the metal wires is the same in plan view in an overlapping portion where the first electrode overlaps the second electrode, andthe first cells have two obtuse angles and two acute angles, intersection angles of the obtuse angles in a diagonal relationship being the same angle greater than 90°

, and intersection angles of the acute angles being the same angle less than 90°
