1. A method comprising:

  • a) receiving a geospatial location of a mobile telecommunications device, wherein the mobile telecommunications device comprises a processor;

    b) calculating a probability of an occurrence of an event based on;

    1) monitoring an interaction of a user of the mobile telecommunications device with the mobile telecommunications device based on the geospatial location of the mobile telecommunications device; and

    2) monitoring a control of another device, wherein the control is by the user, wherein the another device is communicatively coupled to the mobile telecommunications device, wherein the control is via a mobile application of the mobile telecommunications device, and wherein the monitoring of the control of the another device is based on the geospatial location of the mobile telecommunications device;

    wherein the occurrence of the event is in a temporal future relative to the calculating of the probability; and

    c) instructing, by the processor of the mobile telecommunications device, a performance of an action by the another device on behalf of the user in accordance with the calculated probability of the occurrence of the event before the user arrives at a place of habitation, wherein the another device is located at the place of habitation.
