1. A method for ordering electronic communications for a plurality of user devices based on incentives, the method comprising the steps of:

  • receiving a plurality of connections from a plurality of user devices;

    receiving a plurality of incentives from one or more sender devices, each incentive of the plurality of incentives associated to one or more electronic communications of a plurality of electronic communications;

    receiving, from one or more sender devices, a plurality of incentives, each incentive of the plurality of incentives associated to the one or more electronic communicationcreating a message queue based on a hierarchical order of the at least portion of the plurality of electronic communications, the hierarchical order based one or more incentives associated to the one or more electronic communications;

    associating metadata with each electronic communication of the least a portion of the plurality of electronic communications, the metadata comprising, at least, an embedded interactive element;

    presenting a first electronic communication from the message queue, via a network connection, to a first user device, the electronic communication comprising at least a portion of the associated metadata;

    receiving a first level of engagement, of a plurality of levels of engagement, from the first user device, the first level of engagement associated to the first electronic communication;

    presenting a second electronic communication from the message queue, via a network connection, to the first user device, the electronic communication comprising at least a portion of the associated metadata;

    receiving a second level of engagement of the plurality of levels of engagement from the first user device, the second level of engagement associated to the second electronic communication;

    wherein the plurality levels of engagement each correspond to a time spent engaged or interaction, by the user device, with the embedded interactive element, or a combination thereof.
