Abstract

A system for generating a customized communication with a customer is described, and includes: a near field communication (NFC) reader for receiving, from the customer, a request for an interaction; an input device for receiving an input from the customer, wherein the input includes a customer credential; a processor for: receiving a request, from a near field communication (NFC) enabled device, for an interaction with a customer; requesting a valid customer credential from the customer; receiving an input from the customer in response to a request for the valid customer credential to achieve a received customer credential; determining a validity of the received customer credential; and generating, after the determining the validity of the received customer credential, client information customized for the customer based upon a customer account linked to a determined valid customer credential to achieve a generated customized client information.

Claims

1. A computing device comprising:

one or more processors configured to;

provide a set of geofenced areas to a phone carrier;

receive, from the phone carrier, a first alert indicating that a mobile device of a customer is within a first geofenced area of the set of geofenced areas,

the first alert comprising information that identifies the customer based on the mobile device;

compare said first alert with a memory store of said computing device, said memory store comprising;

a set of customer information, the set of customer information comprising information about the identified customer, and

venue information for at least one location within the first geofenced area of said set of geofenced areas;

generate, based on a comparison of said first alert with said memory store, a first message that is relevant to a venue located within said first geofenced area within a first time period after said mobile device of said customer was indicated as being within said first geofenced area; and

send said first message to said mobile device of said customer.

2. The computing device of claim 1, where the one or more processors are further configured to:

receive, from said phone carrier, a second alert indicating that said mobile device of said customer is still within said first geofenced area;

compare said second alert with said memory store; and

generate, based on a comparison of said second alert with said memory store, a second message that is relevant to said venue located within said first geofenced area within a second time period after said mobile device of said customer was indicated as being within said first geofenced area.

3. The computing device of claim 2, where the one or more processors are further configured to:

send said second message to said mobile device of said customer.

4. The computing device of claim 2, wherein said first time period and said second time period are different.

5. The computing device of claim 1, where the one or more processors are further configured to:

receive, from said phone carrier, a third alert indicating that said mobile device of said customer is within a second geofenced area of said set of geofenced areas, wherein said second geofenced area is different from said first geofenced area;

compare said third alert with said memory store; and

generate, based on a comparison of said third alert with said memory store, a third message that is relevant to a venue located within said second geofenced area within a second time period after said mobile device of said customer was indicated as being within said second geofenced area.

6. The computing device of claim 1, where the one or more processors are further configured to:

determine, according to a first predetermined match policy, a match for characteristics between said set of customer information and said venue information to achieve a matched venue; and

determine, based on said matched venue and according to a second predetermined match policy, a match between said set of customer information, said first time period and a set of messages associated with said matched venue to achieve a determined match, wherein said message is generated based on said determined match.

7. The computing device of claim 1, wherein said first message that was generated comprises:

an offer to be executed at a time at which said customer visits said venue.

8. The computing device of claim 1, wherein said first message that was generated comprises:

a recommendation for said customer to visit said venue within said first geofenced area.

9. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions, the instructions comprising:

one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to;

provide a set of geofenced areas to a phone carrier;

receive, from the phone carrier, a first alert indicating that a mobile device of a customer is within a first geofenced area of the set of geofenced areas,

the first alert comprising information that identifies the customer based on the mobile device;

compare said first alert with a memory store, said memory store comprising;

a set of customer information, the set of customer information comprising information about the identified customer, and

venue information for at least one location within the first geofenced area of said set of geofenced areas;

generate, based on a comparison of said first alert with said memory store, a message that is relevant to a venue located within said first geofenced area within a time period after said mobile device of said customer was indicated as being within said first geofenced area; and

send said message to said mobile device of said customer.

10. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 9, wherein said first alert indicates that said mobile device of said customer is at a first location within the first geofenced area of said set of geofenced areas at the time period.

The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 10, wherein said first alert indicates that said mobile device of said customer is within a second geofenced area of said set of geofenced areas at a second time period, wherein said first geofenced area is different from said second geofenced area.

12. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 10, wherein said alert indicates that said mobile device of said customer is at a second location within said first geofenced area at a second time period, wherein said second location is different from said first location.

13. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 9, where the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the one or more processors to:

determine, according to a first predetermined match policy, a match for characteristics between said set of customer information and said venue information to achieve a matched venue; and

determine, based on said matched venue and according to a second predetermined match policy, a match between said set of customer information, said time period and a set of messages associated with said matched venue to achieve a determined match, wherein said message is generated based on said determined match.
