1. A fitness level monitoring method comprising:
- receiving at an electronic device using electronic communications a first data associated with a first athletic activity, the first data comprising a first heart rate data output from a heart rate monitoring electronic device and a first intensity data;
receiving at the electronic device utilizing electronic communications a second data associated with a second athletic activity, the second data comprising a second heart rate data output from a heart rate monitoring electronic device and a second intensity data; and
identifying a user fitness level change at the electronic device comprising utilizing a first parameter in the first data and the second data if a second parameter in the first data and the second data satisfies a predetermined condition, wherein the first parameter comprises a user heart rate and the second parameter comprises a user intensity, or the first parameter comprises a user intensity and the second parameter comprises a user heart rate.
