1. A computer-implemented signal transmission control method, the method comprising:
- detecting a context of a subject vehicle via a sensor collecting data related to the subject vehicle;
determining a type of the subject vehicle via a sensor, the type being one of a self-driving-vehicle (SDV) and a human controlled vehicle; and
controlling a signal transmission of the vehicle to take a differential signal transmission action via a signal transmission device of the vehicle based on the context of the vehicle and the type of the vehicle to ameliorate a risk related to the context,wherein the differential signal transmission action when the determining determines the type of the subject vehicle is the SDV is different than the differential signal transmission action when the determining determines the type of the subject vehicle is the human controlled vehicle.
