a second wiring board comprising a second transparent substrate and a second conductive layer disposed on the second transparent substrate, the second conductive layer being spaced apart from and faced to the patterned first conductive layer, and patterned to extend in a second direction crossing the first direction; and
an electrical insulating resin layer that is in contact with the first transparent substrate, the first conductive layer, the second transparent substrate, and the second conductive layer,wherein each of the first and second conductive layers comprises a metal nanowire layer comprising a plurality of metal nanowires and a first graphene oxide layer covering the metal nanowire layer, and the metal nanowires comprise fused nanowires.
