- an implantable elongate body having a first end that is positionable at an anterior chamber of the eye and a second end that is positionable at a conal orbital space of the eye,wherein the elongate body is positionable on the sclera of the eye and is configured to provide a fluid path for draining fluid entering the first end of the elongate body from the anterior chamber to the conal orbital space via the second end,wherein the elongate body comprises at least one first porous swellable polymeric fibrous material and at least one external tubular structure, the at least one first porous swellable fibrous polymeric material being disposed within the at least one external tubular structure.
