1. A patient respiratory interface assembly comprising:

  • a seal body assembly comprising a supple portion with a seal surface configured to form a seal around at least a nose of a user in use;

    a frame assembly connected to a less supple portion of the seal body assembly, the frame assembly comprising first and second lateral sides, the frame assembly comprising;

    first and second strap connection points disposed on the first and second lateral sides, respectively, each of the first and second strap connection points being configured to receive a strap;

    first and second laterally extended flexible support arms disposed on the first and second lateral sides, respectively, each of the first and second laterally extended flexible support arms including a proximal portion and a distal portion, the distal portions of the first and second laterally extended flexible support arms including third and fourth strap connection points, respectively, the third and fourth strap connection points being disposed outwardly beyond a periphery of the supple portion of the seal body assembly, the third and fourth strap connection points being spaced vertically from the first and second strap connection points, respectively; and

    first and second webs of elastic material disposed adjacent to the proximal portions of the first and second laterally extended flexible support arms, respectively, at positions between the first and second laterally extended flexible support arms and the first and second strap connection points, respectively; and

    a strap assembly separate from yet connected to the frame assembly and extending around a back of a head of the user in use, the strap assembly comprising a first strap portion connected to the first strap connection point, a second strap portion connected to the second strap connection point, a third strap portion connected to the third strap connection point, and a fourth strap portion connected to the fourth strap connection point, the strap assembly pressing the frame assembly and seal body assembly against a user'"'"'s face in use.
