1. A method, comprising:
- initiating, by a device, a request for a plurality of channels, from at least one remote database, of real-time incident information proximate to a predetermined location automatically;
receiving, by the device, the plurality of channels;
displaying, by the device, the plurality of channels to a user wherein the user may select a channel and view real-time incident information of that channel,displaying, by the device, a user incident reporting interface that is configured to receive incident information, inputted by the user, proximate to the predetermined location;
storing historical location data of the device; and
receiving, by the device, a request for additional information pertaining to an incident which is proximate to a location in the historical data of the device, where the device was proximate the location of the incident at the time of the incident;
wherein each of the plurality of channels includes a list of one or more real-time incident information grouped by subject matter and each list is configured to display a plurality of real-time incident information.
