1. A method for receiving control information by an user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, by the UE, a subframe including at least one of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH); and
monitoring, by the UE, a set of EPDCCH candidates at each aggregation level of one of a first aggregation levels set or a second aggregation levels set, in the received subframe,wherein aggregation level values in the first aggregation level set including minimum aggregation level of 2 corresponds to two times aggregation level values in the second aggregation levels set including minimum aggregation level of 1,wherein the first aggregation levels set is used when a condition is satisfied, the condition including a number of Resource Elements (REs) for the EPDCCH in one physical resource block (PRB) pair is less than a predetermined value.

The present invention according to one embodiment relates to a method for enabling a terminal to receive control information in a wireless communication system, and the method for receiving the control information comprises the step of attempting to decode a set of enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH) candidates according to each set level, wherein a minimum value among the values available as the set levels is set according to the amount of available resources for an EPDCCH within a physical resource block (PRB) pair that is attempting to decode.
