1. A vehicle comprising:
- a battery;
a battery sensor for detecting a current of the battery;
a power connector for connecting to an external electrical device;
a relay electrically connected between the power connector and the battery; and
a body control module to;
position the relay in a closed state in response to determining that the current is greater than zero and the battery is not in an overcharge state;
determine a vehicle operating mode; and
position the relay in the closed state in response to determining the vehicle operating mode is an active mode.

8. A vehicle comprising:
-
a battery; a battery sensor for detecting a current of the battery; a power connector for connecting to an external electrical device; a relay electrically connected between the power connector and the battery; and a body control module to position the relay in a closed state in response to determining that the current is greater than zero and the battery is not in an overcharge state, wherein, when an ignition is in an off-position, the body control module positions the relay in the closed state to facilitate recharging of the battery and positions the relay in an open state to prevent discharging of the battery. - View Dependent Claims (9)
