1. A method, comprising:

  • determining, by a processor, a life cycle of a first performance of a task flow for a telecommunication service order, wherein the task flow comprises a plurality of tasks to be followed by at least one human agent associated with a telecommunication service provider in order to complete the telecommunication service order, wherein the life cycle of the first performance of the task flow comprises a duration of time to complete the first performance of the task flow, a duration of time to complete each of the plurality of tasks in the task flow, and an identity of a human agent of the at least one human agent performing each of the plurality of tasks in the task flow;

    determining, by the processor, a performance of a first task of the plurality of tasks within the first performance of the task flow has exceeded a threshold processing time duration to complete the first task, wherein a first duration of time for a completion of the performance of the first task is determined based upon a duration of time that a first application screen associated with the first task is active on a device of a first human agent of the at least one human agent performing the first task;

    determining, by the processor, that there is a problem with a first centralized system component in response to the determining the performance of the first task within the first performance of the task flow has exceeded the threshold processing time duration; and

    Identifying, by the processor, the first centralized system component for servicing in response to the determining the problem with the first centralized system component.
