1. A radio terminal used in a mobile communication system, comprising:

  • a receiver; and

a controller configured to perform controls related to an extended discontinuous reception (DRX) operation for intermittently monitoring a downlink control channel based on a comparison result of a value related to a moving speed of the radio terminal and a threshold value when the extended DRX operation is set from a network, whereinthe controller is further configured to perform measurement on downlink reference signals based on measurement setting information received from the network, the measurement setting information includes a report condition indicating a condition under which a measurement report is transmitted to the network, andthe controller is further configured to change the report condition according to the value related to the moving speed of the radio terminal.
