- a substrate;
a transistor disposed on the substrate;
a capacitor disposed on the substrate;
a light emitting unit disposed on the substrate and arranged corresponding to the capacitor and the transistor, wherein the light emitting unit comprises a first light emitting diode and a second light emitting diode;
a first electrode in physical contact with and electrically connected to the first light emitting diode and the second light emitting diode; and
a second electrode in physical contact with and electrically connected to the first emitting diode and the second light emitting diode,wherein the first light emitting diode and the second light emitting diode are electrically connected with the transistor, and at least one of the first light emitting diode and the second light emitting diode overlaps the capacitor.

The light emitting unit is disposed on the substrate and arranged corresponding to the capacitor. The light emitting unit includes a first light emitting diode. The first light emitting diode is electrically connected with the transistor and overlaps the capacitor. The display device has favorable space utilization, provides a repair function, or reduces the probability of failure.
