1. An energy transferring medical device, comprising:

  • one elongated member comprising a sleeve with an interior surface, wherein a portion of the sleeve is adapted to invert at a distal end of the elongated member and the interior surface of inverted portion of the sleeve forms an exterior surface of the elongated member, wherein the distal end of the elongated member includes a hairpin turn and the sleeve comprises a first substantially non-conductive material and a second energy transferring material at a portion of the sleeve, interwoven with the first substantially non-conductive material along at least a portion of the hairpin turn; and

    an actuator operatively joined to the proximal end of the elongated member, wherein movement of the actuator causes rotational movement of the elongated member about a longitudinal axis of the sleeve.
