- a sensor portion including a substrate portion having a first space portion and a housing stacked on top of the substrate portion; and
a needle portion including a needle portion base and a plurality of needles projecting from a plurality of openings formed in a surface of the sensor portion, the plurality of needles configured to pierce tissue,wherein the plurality of needles include a biocompatible organic material which includes an enzyme member that reacts with an analysis material and a conductive polymer for transferring an electrical signal generated as a result of a reaction of the enzyme member with the analysis material,wherein the housing includes a second space portion connected to the first space portion, andwherein the needle portion base is configured to fill the first space portion and the second space portion.

The plurality of needles are configured to pierce tissue, wherein the plurality of needles include a biocompatible organic material which includes an enzyme member that reacts with an analysis material and a conductive polymer for transferring an electrical signal generated as a result of a reaction of the enzyme member with the analysis material.
