1. An orthopedic device, comprising:
- a first surface having a mating face configured to mate with an implant; and
a second surface adjacent to the first surface and intersecting the first surface at an edge, the second surface comprising an opening extending along a central axis and through the second surface to an opposite surface, wherein the opening is configured to receive a fastener, said opening including a plurality of fins disposed in a plane that is not parallel to the mating face, and wherein the mating face is shaped such that a distance that the mating face is offset from the central axis in a direction perpendicular to the central axis varies as the mating face extends downwardly away from the edge;
wherein at least a portion of the first surface is formed from a porous material.

Abstract
Systems, methods and devices for providing orthopedic implant augments are provided which have fastener locking mechanisms. The augments include a surface for mating with an implant component and a surface for interfacing with a patient'"'"'s bone. The fastener locking mechanisms are aligned such that the augment may be locked in a variety of orientations while maintaining close contact with both an implant and a patient'"'"'s bone. The alignment of the locking mechanisms provides variability and adjustability to the augment to address a variety of bone anatomies and requirements.
