- a power beam receiver to harvest power from a beam received from a compute device; and
circuitry to utilize the harvested power to facilitate at least one of receipt of data from the compute device or transmission of data to the compute device;
wherein the beam includes a power beam and a signal beam, and wherein the power beam receiver includes a photovoltaic cell having an opening and a signal beam receiver located in the opening, the signal beam receiver to receive the signal beam, and wherein the electronic device further comprises a filter to cover the opening, the filter to block a first wavelength associated with the power beam and to pass a second wavelength associated with the signal beam.

In embodiments, an electronic device may include a power beam receiver to harvest power from a beam received from a compute device. The electronic device may include may include one or more processors, devices, and/or circuitry to utilize the harvested power to facilitate at least one of receipt of data from said compute device or transmission of data to said compute device.
