1. An in-vehicle camera that is attached in a vehicle interior so as to be opposed to a windshield of the vehicle, the in-vehicle camera comprising:
- a case that is configured so that a lens is exposed, whereinthe case is provided with projections that are biased downward so as to be latched,the case has an angular shape bent at a ridge line passing through a top face of the case,at least one of the projections is provided at a front side with respect to the ridge line, and at least another of the projections is provided at a rear side with respect to the ridge line, andeach of the projections is provided in the vicinity of a top edge of a corresponding face to which the projection is provided.

Abstract
An in-vehicle camera is provide which has a case and a lens, and which is attached in a vehicle interior so that the lens is exposed at a top face of the case and the top face is opposed to a windshield or another window. The top face has an angular shape bent at a ridge line passing through the top face. The lens is positioned in the vicinity of the ridge line. The in-vehicle camera includes a hood attached to a front portion of the case, the front portion being positioned at a front side of the case with respect to the lens.

a case that is configured so that a lens is exposed, wherein the case is provided with projections that are biased downward so as to be latched, the case has an angular shape bent at a ridge line passing through a top face of the case, at least one of the projections is provided at a front side with respect to the ridge line, and at least another of the projections is provided at a rear side with respect to the ridge line, and each of the projections is provided in the vicinity of a top edge of a corresponding face to which the projection is provided.

2. An in-vehicle camera that is fixed so as to be opposed to a windshield of a vehicle by a bracket in a state where downward biasing force is received by latches provided to the bracket, the in-vehicle camera comprising:

a case; and projections that are provided to the case and are latched by the latches so as to be biased by the biasing force, wherein; the projections are side face projections provided to respective both side faces of the case, the in-vehicle camera is attached in a vehicle interior so that a top face of the case is opposed to the windshield via the bracket, the case has an angular shape bent at a ridge line passing through the top face, the side face projections are provided at a rear side with respect to the ridge line, the bracket has a plate spring, and the top face is pushed downward by the plate spring to apply the biasing force.

3. An in-vehicle camera that is attached to a windshield of a vehicle by a bracket fixed to the windshield, the in-vehicle camera comprising:

a lens; and a case; wherein; images taken by the in-vehicle camera are used for assistance for driving the vehicle, the lens is exposed at a top face of the case, an optical axis of the lens is directed to a front side, the bracket is provided with a first structure, and the in-vehicle camera has a second structure engaged with the first structure, the in-vehicle camera is biased downward in a state where the in-vehicle camera is attached to the bracket so that the second structure is received by the first structure, the second structure includes two pairs of components, one of the two pairs is provided to a front and right portion and a front and left portion of the case, and the other of the two pairs is provided to a rear and right portion and a rear and left portion of the case, and the second structure is provided to an upper portion of the case of the in-vehicle camera. - View Dependent Claims (4, 5)

a lens; a case; and a concave portion in a top face of the case, the concave portion being concave with respect to a periphery of the concave portion, wherein; images taken by the in-vehicle camera are used for assistance for driving the vehicle, the lens is exposed at the top face of the case, an optical axis of the lens is directed to a front side, the bracket is provided with a first structure, and the in-vehicle camera has a second structure engaged with the first structure, the in-vehicle camera is biased downward in a state where the in-vehicle camera is attached to the bracket so that the second structure is received by the first structure, the second structure includes two pairs of components, one of the two pairs is provided to a front and right portion and a front and left portion of the case, and the other of the two pairs is provided to a rear and right portion and a rear and left portion of the case.
