1. A method of driving a semiconductor device, comprising:

  • generating a signal that corrects a response time of light emission of a light-emitting module and outputting the signal to a display portion, so that a response time of light emission of the light-emitting module is longer than or equal to 1 μ

s and shorter than 1 ms,wherein the semiconductor device comprises the display portion in which pixels are provided at a resolution of greater than or equal to 80 ppi, wherein the light-emitting module capable of emitting light with a spectral line half-width of less than or equal to 60 nm is in each pixel of the pixels, wherein the semiconductor device has an NTSC ratio of higher than or equal to 80% and a contrast ratio of higher than or equal to 500.
