1. A system for reconciling data, comprising:
- a processor configured to;
determine whether a state of a first backup application is consistent with a state of a second backup application, wherein the state of the first backup application and the state of the second backup application are consistent with each other in the event first metadata and first configuration data associated with the first backup application is consistent with respective second metadata and second configuration data associated with the second backup application; and
in response to determining that the state of the first backup application is not consistent with the state of the second backup application, reconciling the state of the first backup application and the state of the second backup application with each other; and
a memory coupled with the processor and configured to provide the processor with instructions.

Abstract
Reconciling data is disclosed. It is determined whether a state of a first backup application is consistent with a state of a second backup application. In the event the state of the first backup application is not consistent with the state of the second backup application, the state of the first backup application is updated to be consistent with the state of the second backup application.
