determining whether the terminal device is in a standby state or a non-standby state;
in response to a determination that the terminal device is in a standby state, determining whether the terminal device is in a moving state or a non-moving state; and
in response to a determination that the terminal device is in a standby state and a moving state, displaying prompting information of the message on a screen of the terminal device, the prompting information including specific content of the message.
