providing a basketball shot training device comprising;

a V-shaped forked shaft portion (5);
wherein said forked shaft portion (5) splits into a 20 degree V-shape at ⅚
of its length as measured from said wrist band;
a straight shaft portion (8) which is connected at one end to said forked shaft portion (5) and at the opposite end having an attachment (9) to attach to said wrist band;
