A titanium-based powder, which has an average circularity of 0.815 or more and less than 0.870, a coefficient of variation of particle sizes of 22 or more and 30 or less, and an angle of repose of 29 degrees or more and 36 degrees or less,wherein the titanium-based powder contains a spherical titanium-based powder and a non-spherical titanium-based powder,wherein the average circularity of primary particles of the spherical titanium-based powder is 0.85 or more and 1.0 or less, andwherein the average circularity of primary particles of the non-spherical titanium-based powder is 0.50 or more and less than 0.85.
