1. A light-emitting diode display device, comprising:

  • a light-emitting diode, including a central axis; and

    a substrate including a bottom layer;

    a first connecting portion disposed on a same side of the bottom layer, wherein the central axis of the light-emitting diode is extended through the first connecting portion;

    a second connecting portion disposed on the same side of the bottom layer, wherein the second connecting portion is disposed outside of the first connecting portion and is spaced apart from the first connecting portion by a distance which is greater than zero, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are respectively electrically connected to the light-emitting diode;

    a metal layer disposed on the same side of the bottom layer; and

    an insulation layer, disposed on the metal layer and being in direct contact with the bottom layer, wherein the metal layer and the insulation layer are extended along a direction which is perpendicular to the central axis;

    wherein the metal layer is electrically connected to the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion via through holes.
