- a relationship categorization engine to categorize a type of a sender-recipient relationship between a sender and an individual recipient of the incoming message in an activity stream in a display, the type of relationship being selected from a predetermined list of relationship categories;
a content categorization engine to categorize the content of said incoming message;
a determination engine to determine an impact of the incoming message on the recipient based on the sender-recipient relationship; and
a generation engine to generate a recommendation to counteract a negative impact of the incoming message on the recipient.
