- obtaining a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component in one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component; and
encoding the current image based on the predicted image of the current image, wherein the predicted image of the current image is generated based on the predicted direction of the luma component and the predicted direction of the chroma components.

obtaining a predicted direction of a luma component of a current image; -
obtaining a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component in one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component; and encoding the current image based on the predicted image of the current image, wherein the predicted image of the current image is generated based on the predicted direction of the luma component and the predicted direction of the chroma components.

a processor to obtain a predicted direction of a luma component of a current image and a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component in one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component; and an encoder to encode the current image based on a predicted image of the current image, wherein the predicted image of the current image is based on the predicted direction of the luma component and the predicted direction of the chroma components.

3. An apparatus of encoding an image, the apparatus comprising:

a processor to obtain a predicted direction of a luma component of a current block, to obtain a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component according to one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component, to generate a bitstream including information about quantized transformation coefficients in a block based on a predicted block of the current block, wherein the predicted block is generated based on the predicted direction of the chroma components.

4. A method of encoding an image, the method comprising
obtaining a predicted direction of a luma component of a current block; -
obtaining a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component according to one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component; generating a bitstream including information about quantized transformation coefficients in a block based on a predicted block of the current block, wherein the predicted block is generated based on the predicted direction of the chroma components.

5. A method of encoding an image, the method comprising:

obtaining a predicted direction of a luma component of a current block; obtaining a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component among a plurality of predicted directions according to one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component; generating information indicating whether at least one coefficient of which value is non-zero is included in a transform block of a predetermined size; generating information about quantized transformation coefficients in the transform block based on a predicted block of the current block, wherein the predicted block is generated based on the predicted direction of the chroma components; and generating a bitstream including the information indicating whether the at least one coefficient of which value is non-zero is included in the transform block and the information about the quantized transformation coefficients.

6. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a bitstream comprising:

an encoded current image, wherein a predicted direction of a luma component of a current image is obtained, wherein a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is obtained in one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component, wherein the encoded current image is encoded based on a predicted image of the current image, and wherein the predicted image of the current image is generated based on the predicted direction of the luma component and the predicted direction of the chroma components.

information about quantization transformation coefficients in a block, wherein the quantization transformation coefficients are generated based on a predicted block of a current block, wherein a predicted direction of a luma component of the current block is obtained, wherein a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is obtained according to one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component, and wherein the predicted block is generated based on the predicted direction of the chroma components.

information indicating whether at least one coefficient of which value is non-zero is included in a transform block of a predetermined size; and information about quantized transformation coefficients in the transform block, wherein the quantized transformation coefficients are generated based on a predicted block of a current block, wherein a predicted direction of a luma component of a current block is obtained, wherein a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component among a plurality of predicted directions is obtained according to one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component, and wherein the predicted block is generated based on the predicted direction of the chroma components.

an encoded current image, wherein a predicted direction of a luma component of a current image is obtained, wherein a predicted direction of chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is obtained in one of predetermined encoding modes, wherein the predicted direction of the chroma components corresponding to the predicted direction of the luma component is identical to the predicted direction of the luma component, wherein the encoded current image is encoded by transforming and quantizing coefficients regarding the current image, wherein the coefficients are generated based on a predicted image of the current image, and wherein the predicted image of the current image is generated based on the predicted direction of the luma component and the predicted direction of the chroma components.
