Method and apparatus for transmitting uplink signals in wireless communication system
First Claim
1. A method for managing transmission power control by a user equipment (UE) in a carrier aggregation based wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- transmitting a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), including first uplink control information (UCI), via a first cell of a first cell group, the first UCI being a first type UCI having a first UCI priority; and
transmitting a second PUCCH, including a second UCI, via a second cell of a second cell group, the second UCI being a second type UCI having a second UCI priority,wherein a first transmission power is allocated to the first PUCCH and a second transmission power is allocated to the second PUCCH according to a power allocation rule so that a total transmit power limit of the UE is not exceeded, andwherein the first cell group comprises a primary cell (PCell) and zero or more secondary cells (SCells), and the second cell group comprises one or more SCells,wherein the power allocation rule includes;
preferentially allocating power to the first transmission power when the first priority is higher than the second priority, and preferentially allocating power to the second transmission power when the second priority is higher than the first priority, andpreferentially allocating power to the first transmission power when the first priority is equal to the second priority and the first PUCCH is transmitted on the PCell of the first cell group.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for a terminal controlling uplink power in a carrier aggregation-based wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: configuring a first cell and a second cell; transmitting a first PUCCH signal from subframe #n in the first cell; and transmitting a second PUCCH signal from subframe #n in the second cell, wherein when the sum of transmit power of the first PUCCH signal and transmit power of the second PUCCHJ signal exceeds a predetermined maximum transmit power configured to the terminal, the transmit power of the PUCCH signal having a lower priority from among the first UCCH signal and the second PUCCH signal is reduced or the transmission is dropped.
