transmission circuitry configured to transmit the radio resource control message to a base station apparatus, whereinthe mobile station apparatus capability information includes a plurality of parameters including a first parameter,the first parameter indicates one or more configuration informations,each of the one or more configuration informations indicates a combination of uplink information and downlink information,the uplink information includes first information indicating a first quantity of component carriers included in a first band of a plurality of bands, andthe downlink information includes second information indicating a second quantity of component carriers included in a second band of the plurality of bands.

Abstract
A mobile station apparatus transmits capability information including at least indicator selected from a plurality of indicators that each define at least a combination of first information associated with an aggregated frequency bandwidth of one or more component carriers and second information associated with the quantity of component carriers included in the one or more component carriers. A base station apparatus includes a controller that allocates to a mobile station apparatus one or a plurality of component carriers to be used for communication based on a radio resource control (RRC) message received from the mobile station apparatus. The RRC message includes mobile station apparatus capability information including at least one indicator selected from the plurality of indicators.

reception circuitry configured to receive from a mobile station apparatus, a radio resource control message including mobile station apparatus capability information; and control circuitry configured to allocate to the mobile station apparatus, one or more component carriers to be used for communication, based on the mobile station apparatus capability information, wherein the mobile station apparatus capability information includes a plurality of parameters including a first parameter, the first parameter indicates one or more configuration informations, each of the one or more configuration informations indicates a combination of uplink information and downlink information, the uplink information includes first information indicating a first quantity of component carriers included in a first band of a plurality of bands, and the downlink information includes second information indicating a second quantity of component carriers included in a second band of the plurality of bands.
