1. A method comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless device, one or more messages comprising;
a first radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) for first semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) resources; and
a second RNTI for second SPS resources;
receiving first downlink control information (DCI) corresponding to the first RNTI;
receiving second DCI corresponding to the second RNTI;
validating the first DCI at least based on a first cyclic shift value associated with the first SPS resources;
validating the second DCI without considering a second cyclic shift value associated with the second SPS resources;
based on successful validation of the first DCI, activating the first SPS resources; and
based on successful validation of the second DCI, activating the second SPS resources.

Abstract
A wireless device receives one or more messages. The one or more messages may comprise a first RNTI for a first SPS and a second for a second SPS. A downlink control information (DCI) corresponding to one of the first RNTI or the second RNTI may be received. The DCI may be validated, at least based on a cyclic shift value associated with the DCI, if the DCI corresponds to the first RNTI. Otherwise, the DCI may be validated without considering the cyclic shift value. One of the first SPS or the second SPS, corresponding to the DCI, may be activated in response to the validating being successful.
