1. A post sleeve assembly, comprising:

  • a body having a central longitudinal axis, a first end portion at a first end of the body along the longitudinal axis, a second end portion at a second end of the body opposite the first end along the longitudinal axis, a first aperture at the first end portion, and a second aperture at the second end portion;

    a cavity extending through the body along the longitudinal axis from the first aperture to the second aperture such that the cavity is exposed to an external environment of the body through the first aperture and through the second aperture, the cavity bounded by an interior wall of the body, the interior wall including a plurality of standoff elements, each standoff element having a respective innermost surface; and

    a plurality of stops, each of the stops adjacent to a respective one of the standoff elements, each of the stops extending from the interior wall toward the longitudinal axis without extending toward the longitudinal axis beyond the innermost surface of the respective adjacent standoff element, each of the stops having a bearing surface that is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
