1. A user terminal that communicates with a primary cell and at least one secondary cell that are supported by different duplex modes, the user terminal comprising:

  • a receiver that receives a downlink (DL) signal transmitted from each of the cells;

    a transmitter that transmits a delivery acknowledgement signal for the DL signal by using an uplink control channel of a given secondary cell of the at least one secondary cell; and

    a processor that controls transmission power of the uplink control channel of the given secondary cell,wherein the processor applies a transmission power control (TPC) command included in downlink control information of the given secondary cell for power control of the uplink control channel of the given secondary cell, irrespective of whether there is DL allocation in the primary cell and the given secondary cell or not,wherein bits from the TPC command are jointly coded with other TPC commands, andwherein the transmitter transmits the delivery acknowledgement signal by using an uplink control channel resource which is reported to the user terminal by higher layer signaling.
