1. An injector docking device for placing an intraocular shunt into an eye, the injector docking device comprising:

  • a body comprising an elongate eye-contacting component having a pair of prongs comprising at least one eye-contacting portion, the pair of prongs having proximal ends spaced apart by a gap and separate distal ends; and

    a needle support component coupled to the proximal ends of the pair of prongs, the needle support component comprising a needle port extending to the gap of the pair of prongs, the needle port defining a needle axis extending in a direction of the at least one eye-contacting portion, wherein the distal ends of the pair of prongs diverge to increase a size of the gap in a direction away from the needle support component.
