1. A system comprising:

  • a processor; and

    system memory coupled to the processor and storing instructions configured to cause the processor to;

    compute a single source probability value for the signal from plurality of signal characteristics of the signal that at least approximate a probability that the signal indicates an event occurring;

    subsequent to computing the single source probability, determine the plurality of signal characteristics are insufficient to normalize the signal along at least one of;

    a time dimension, a location dimension, or a context dimension;

    trigger a signal request requesting additional signals in view of the single source probability and in response to determining that the signal characteristics are insufficient; and

    ingest an additional signal relevant to the signal; and

    apply a transdimensionality transform to data in the signal to re-encode the data into normalized data having lower dimensionality, including deriving at least one of;

    the time dimension, the location dimension, or the context dimension from a combination of the signal characteristics and characteristics of the additional signal.
