1. An apparatus to improve a visual attractiveness of a region of human skin, the apparatus comprising:

  • a housing;

    at least one image generating element that generates images of the region of human skin, the region of human skin being allocated into a plurality of frexels;

    at least one reflectance modifying agent application element that is configured to apply one or more RMA to frexels of the region of the human skin; and

    a processor that is coupled to the at least one image generating element and the at least one RMA application element, the processor being configured to perform operations comprising;

    processing a first set of images comprising one or more images to measure reflective properties of a pattern within the plurality of frexels,determining a total amount of a reflectance modifying agent (RMA) that could be applied to specific frexels of the plurality of frexels to provide a predicted correction of the pattern, the total amount being determined based on the reflective properties of each of the specific frexels of the plurality of frexels,determining a first amount of the RMA to be applied to the specific frexels during a first pass and a second amount of the RMA to be applied to the specific frexels during a second pass, the first amount being a portion of the total amount of the RMA that is less than the total amount and is different from the second amount,determining a first charge of the RMA to be applied to the first amount of the RMA to provide a first amount of electrostatically negatively charged RMA,providing the first amount of electrostatically negatively charged RMA, to the at least one RMA application element to apply the RMA to the specific frexels, the reflectance modifying agents being applied to provide the predicted correction of the pattern,processing a second set of images comprising one or more images to determine a difference between the predicted correction to an actual correction,determining an adjusted second amount of the RMA to be applied to the specific frexels during a second pass, the adjusted second amount being different from the second amount of the RMA to compensate for the difference,determining a second charge of the RMA to be applied to the second adjusted amount of the RMA to provide a second adjusted amount of electrostatically negatively charged RMA,providing the second adjusted amount of electrostatically negatively charged RMA, to the at least one RMA application element to apply the RMA to the specific frexels, the reflectance modifying agents being applied to provide the actual correction of the pattern.
