1. A method, comprising:

  • obtaining, by a system comprising a processor, uplink information associated with a plurality of communication devices transmitting wireless signals on a plurality of uplink paths, wherein the uplink information comprises at least one system information block (SIB) associated with a downlink path;

    receiving, by the system, via a plurality of fiber optic cables, the plurality of uplink paths from a plurality of remote radio units, wherein the plurality of uplink paths conform to a common public radio interface (CPRI) protocol;

    performing, by the system, based on the uplink information, a plurality of measurements comprising a Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) measurement of each of the plurality of uplink paths;

    identifying, by the system, a measurement from the plurality of measurements that is below a threshold, wherein the measurement is associated with an affected uplink path of the plurality of uplink paths; and

    initiating, by the system, a corrective action to improve the measurement of the affected uplink path of the plurality of uplink paths;

    wherein the corrective action comprises moving the affected uplink path to one or more available resource blocks.
