Debranching great vessel stent graft and methods for use
First Claim
1. A debranching stent graft comprising:
- a main body stent graft with a first bifurcation defining a first leg and a second leg, wherein the main body stent graft has a distal end and a proximal end;
wherein the first leg and the second leg each have a diameter in the range from about 12 mm to about 18 mm;
a first great vessel limb coupled to the first leg at the distal end of the main body stent graft in a unitary configuration, wherein a second bifurcation in the first great vessel limb defines a third leg and a fourth leg; and
a second great vessel limb coupled to the second leg at the distal end of the main body stent graft in a unitary configuration, wherein a third bifurcation in the second great vessel limb defines a fifth leg and a sixth leg, wherein the first great vessel limb is coupled to the first leg via one or more of adhesive, sewing, bonding or welding, and wherein the second great vessel limb is coupled to the second leg via one or more of adhesive, sewing, bonding or welding.
