1. A wireless device comprising:
- one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to;
receive at least one message comprising;
a cell parameter associated with a secondary cell of a secondary cell group of a plurality of cell groups; and
configuration parameters of sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission via the secondary cell;
transmit, via the secondary cell group, a random access preamble;
receive a random access response comprising;
a timing advance command (TAC) for the secondary cell group; and
a power control command; and
transmit, based on the TAC and via the secondary cell, a plurality of SRSs, wherein transmission power associated with transmission of a first SRS of the plurality of the SRSs is based on the power control command.

Abstract
Methods, apparatuses, and systems are described for wireless communications. Cells may be grouped into a plurality of cell groups. A wireless device may receive one or more messages comprising configuration parameters of sounding reference signals. The wireless device may transmit, via a secondary cell of a secondary cell group, one or more of the sounding reference signals based on a timing advance.
