1. A method comprising:

  • obtaining one or more current acoustic heartbeat waveform inputs continuously by a wearable local device, wherein the one or more current heartbeat waveform inputs is associated with a user, and wherein the wearable local device collects acoustic heartbeat waveform inputs through a series of acoustic sensors arranged within the wearable local device to receive sound from different directions;

    retrieving one or more past acoustic heartbeat waveform inputs, associated with the said user;

    identifying changes associated with the said user by comparing the current one or more acoustic heartbeat waveform inputs with the one or more past acoustic heartbeat waveform inputs of the user based on predefined comparison algorithms; and

    generating a user report based on the identified changes associated with the said user based comparison report algorithms, wherein the user report comprises at least one of report elements comprising;

    one or more similarities with one or more preconfigured disease patterns, and a direction of the input as being towards healthier or towards unhealthier.
